Description:

Harbron Recruit is looking for an experienced Site Manger to cover a prestigious construction site in the Sherborne area of Dorset. The site will be run over a number of weeks to respond to the local market demand. You should be an experienced site manager with a development background. Strong, constructive & positive leadership is essential and you will be expected to take ownership of the project and the site team. Good communication skills are essential along with a “can do” attitude. A good balance of management skills is required along with strong technical experience. Minimum qualifications will be SMSTS, CSCS Card and 1st Aid with some scaffold awareness required also. An immediate start is offered for the right candidate and competitive salary dependent on experience.
