Technical Auditor

Description:

Due to my client enjoying growth and in recent months gained new business – they are now looking to add to their already successful team in the Southern region (M4 corridor) area.

Your daily/weekly tasks will look something like this:-

• Ensuring that the technical audit programme in the Southern region is up to date and all required audits are completed in the agreed time frames to meet UKAS requirements.
• Complete all site audits within your region professionally ensuring that all activities are completed to the required standard at all times.
• Ensuring that audit records are maintained to the required standard always.
• Completing re-surveys to ensure that company targets are achieved.
• Reporting all non-conforming work and areas of concern to your Technical Manager on a regular basis in line with company standards.

Minimum requirements for this role:

• You must possess the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 or RSPH recognised equivalent.
• You must have a minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with a strong asbestos, technical background.
• You will have good all-round communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a can-do attitude to work coupled with a good work ethic.
• Must be well-versed with the Health & Safety in relation to asbestos.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be flexible in your approach to working standards.
• Good IT skills required.
