Book Keeper/Administrator/Accounts for client in Kingsbridge
My client is looking for a Book Keeper/Administrator for their premises on the outskirts of Kingsbridge
You will be fully conversant with Book Keeping/Accounts tasks to include :-

• Full Time Book Keeping – Understand VAT / ¼ Returns
• Able to work under pressure
• Office Management / Admin / Archiving
• Spread Sheets up to date
• Invoice management incoming / outgoing
• Implement processes
• Fleet Management
• Business Insurances
• Control Costs
• Reporting to Jeremy at short notice
• Debtors / Retentions
• Staff Holidays / Sickness / Payroll / Pension Scheme
• CIS – Monthly returns & verification
• Stock Control / Purchase invoice matching
• Setting up Bank Payments
• Use Initiative
• Good Communicator & Organised person
• International Payments
• VT Software & Strong Excel Knowledge

This list is not exhaustive and there may be other tasks as directed by the Directors.

On offer to you is:-

• A yearly salary of between £18,000 - £24,000 PA
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
