Description:

An Architect is required based in Kent for this well-established architectural practice that handle complex planning and development projects from householder proposals to residential and large-scale commercial properties. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects predominantly in the South East of England working with a friendly team of professionals.
Experience:

*Strong design and technical detailing skills - Revit experience is preferable
*Advanced 3D capabilities
*Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
*Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
*Knowledge of UK best practice standards
*Familiar with Auto-cad and Sketch-up systems

Negotiable salary, pension, car mileage, flexible working days/hours and other benefits.

Duration: On-going

Rate: From £43000 to £50000 PA
