Description:

Harbron Recruit are looking to employ a Site Manager for a 2 year project in Taunton for a major developer with a portfolio of similar projects around the country.
We are looking in particular for managers who have had experience in builds of Care Homes or similar projects.
Due to the size of this development suitable candidates must have a vast Site Management background with a forward thinking attitude.
Duties will include managing a team of trades and sub-contractors and be responsible for the operations across the site.
Ability to take responsibility of all aspects of the construction process on site
High regard for Health and Safety
Attention to detail

Qualifications required are :
:CSCS
:SMSTS
:First Aid at Work.

Rate: From £19.00 to £21.00 per hour
