Working Foreman

Description:

Harbron are looking to recruit on behalf of a General Building company with over 20 years in the trade who are based in the beautiful Torbay area.

We are looking for a Qualified Working Site Foreman preferably with a Carpentry background. The site to which you will be working on is based in Paignton, you will be overseeing a multitude of trades ranging from window fitters, tilers, plasterers, general labour and builders. The project itself is a renovation on a lovely property and swimming pool area.


Responsibilities:

• Completing all inductions
• Toolbox talks
• Organising all trades on site
• Reporting progress
• Supervising contracted construction workers
• Meeting subcontractors
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Motivating the workforce throughout the project
• Day to day problem solving
• Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times
• 
  The ideal candidate must be able to have the following:
  
  
  
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Carpentry Experience (required)
• Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience

There are no payroll fees involved and CIS payments are available

Duration: On-going

Rate: From £19.00 to £21.00 per hour
