Description:
Our client, a well established bespoke house building company with sites all over the South West is seeking to recruit an Customer Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Duties -
Deal with customer concerns received by both telephone and written communication.
To co-ordinate and administer all activities in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting clients with any issues that may arise after moving into their new home.
Person -
Working to deadlines, reliability and attention to detail.
Experience of strong IT and communication skill sets.
Organisational skills
Flexibility in your approach to working.
Previous experience within the Construction / House Building Industry is essential
Knowledge of Clixifix system ideal but not essential, training will be provided.
Salary: TBC
