Banksman / Traffic Marshal – Irvine

We are currently recruiting an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal for an ongoing construction project in Irvine.

Job Details:

Location: Irvine

Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

Start Date: Monday 5th January

Duration: Ongoing work

Hours: Full-time

Additional: Possibility of weekend work available

Role Overview:
This role involves working as a Banksman, safely directing vehicle and plant movements on site, maintaining clear communication with drivers and site operatives, and ensuring all traffic management activities comply with site health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

Valid CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshal qualification (A73 or equivalent)

Proven experience in a Banksman role on construction sites

Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a site team
