PLYMOUTH SITE LABOURER – PLYMOUTH
Location: Plymouth, Devon
Rate: £16.68 per hour
Start: Immediate / ASAP

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join a busy construction project in Plymouth. You will be working as part of a team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the site, helping to keep things safe, clean, and operational throughout the build programme.
Key Duties

General labouring duties including site clearance, loading and unloading materials, and keeping work areas tidy
Assisting trades on site including bricklayers, groundworkers, and joiners as directed
Moving and distributing materials, plant, and equipment around site safely
Carrying out basic preparation work such as mixing, digging, and levelling as required
Following site safety procedures, attending inductions, and maintaining a clean and compliant site environment

Requirements

Full PPE is essential — hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety boots, gloves, and eye protection must warn at all times
CSCS card is desirable — applicants without one are still encouraged to apply
Previous site experience is preferred; a positive attitude and willingness to work hard is essential
