Multi-Skilled Tradesperson Required – Bungalow Restoration Project – Lustleigh – £18.00 per Hour

Harbron Recruit is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join a bungalow restoration project in Lustleigh.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident working across a variety of trades and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship on a bungalow restoration project.

Location: Lustleigh
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
Duration: Approximately 3 Months
Job Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Duties will include:
Plastering
Brickwork and brick repairs
Painting and decorating
Repointing and masonry repairs
Basic tiling
Rendering and patch repairs
General maintenance and snagging
Assisting with all aspects of the bungalow restoration project as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Skilled in plastering, brickwork, painting and decorating, and general building works
Ability to work independently and produce a high standard of work
Own tools preferred
Reliable, hardworking, and able to use initiative
Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the site
