Project Manager

EXETER (DEVON) AREA

Description:

Our client , a civils based specialist is seeking to appoint experienced Project Managers controlling a number of projects through out Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.

Duties:

- Manage and oversee multiple civils based projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks
- Implement project management methodologies and best practices
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and deliverables
- Utilize project management tools such as Workday, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Basecamp, Visio, and Smartsheet
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., SAFe)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., Workday, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Basecamp, Visio, Smartsheet)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
