Groundworker Required – Exeter

Location: Exeter
Start Date: Tuesday 28th July
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £20.00 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Forward Tipping Dumper/Groundworker to join a busy housing development in Exeter, carrying out finishing works on an ongoing project.

Duties will include:

Kerbing and edging works
Slabbing and paving
Block paving and footpaths
Preparing sub-bases and finishing levels
Installing edgings and drainage channels where required
General external finishing works around plots and roads
Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team

Requirements:

Proven experience in finishing groundworks on housing developments
Valid CPCS card, or a valid NPORS card (with or without the CSCS logo)
If your NPORS card does not have the CSCS logo, a separate valid CSCS card will be accepted for this project
Full UK driving licence as you will be using the vehicle on public roads.
Ability to work independently and to a high standard
