# Multi-Skilled Tradesperson – Remedial Works
**Location:** Clevedon, Bristol
**Pay:** £20.00–£21.00 per hour, depending on experience
**Job Type:** Temporary / Ongoing
**Pay:** Weekly
Harbron Recruit are currently looking for an experienced **Multi-Skilled Tradesperson** to work on **remedial works in Clevedon, Bristol**.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson with a good background in remedial works, particularly **sanding down boards and preparing surfaces** to a high standard.
### Duties
* Sanding down boards as part of remedial works
* Preparing and finishing surfaces
* Carrying out general remedial and maintenance works
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
* Keeping the work area clean and safe
* Following site health and safety requirements
### Requirements
* Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
* Proven experience with **remedial works**
* Experience **sanding down boards**
* Own **sander and suitable extractor**
* Own **JSP mask**
* Full PPE
* Reliable and professional attitude
* Good attention to detail
### What We Offer
* **£20.00–£21.00 per hour**, depending on experience
