Description:

I am recruiting for my client within the Building Sector. They are on the look out for a Customer Care Manager who knows this industry.

You will be looking after the Office Management day to day activities, and on the flip side dealing direct with the clients face to face and on the telephone.
You will be able to go on site and perform remedial repairs and snags such as rendering, paving, resin, decking and artificial grass small works.
You will need to be computer literate and be a great communicator
To be able to "smooth" the situation and be proactive in remedying the situation in the most effective way and with the utmost care and attention.
You will also be expected to work on your own initiative.
As you will be visiting clients premises you will need a full driving licence to be able to drive the company vehicle
