Senior Quantity Surveyor- based in Exeter.

This established company build quality apartments across the UK with many developments in the South West- Cornwall, Devon and Somerset.
You will have a background in construction and ideally with experience in residential developments, managing the entire financial cycle through to final evaluation.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about their career progression and wants to join a company with significant growth year on year.

This is a permanent position with; - Highly competitive salary, Bonus, car or allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance and other benefits.

Duration: On-going

Salary: From £55000 to £65000 per Annum
