Job Title: Shelving Installer (Temporary Contract)
Location: Starcross / Dawlish
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to carry out the installation of supermarket and retail shelving. The role involves assembling and fixing racking systems that arrive in component form and slot together on-site.
While the system is straightforward for someone with relevant experience, it can be challenging for those unfamiliar with this type of work. Previous experience in shelving or racking installation is therefore highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and install supermarket/shop shelving
Ensure all racking is securely fixed and level
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
Follow site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Previous experience installing retail shelving or similar systems preferred
Good practical skills and ability to follow instructions
Reliable and punctual
Own transport is essential due to location in Starcross and travel to Dawlish
Duration:
Approximately 3 weeks (temporary project-based role)
Start Date:
Approximately 8th June
