Description:

Working for a national house builder with an excellent reputation sustained over a long period. The successful candidate will be expected to lead a team of tradesmen on site and be able to demonstrate a consistent work record in permanent employment. You should have a thorough understanding of how the various trades operate and deliver a site on time. Crucially you should be experienced in and be to able to, deliver both quality and quantity in a house building environment. A Construction Management and trades background would be an advantage. In return you will receive an industry leading salary and benefits package + car + pension + private healthcare.

Duration: On-going

Salary: From £50000 to £55000 per Annum
