Internal Sales/ Telesales Advisor

Description:

My client is an industrial supplier that sells consumables to Engineering, Welding and Construction Trades.
They offer high quality products and work with some of the top brands. They have a high reputations for their
top quality service and their product knowledge. They are looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to develop the
market share and their customer base within Devon.

Duties:

• Internal and external sales calls, b2b and b2c
• Speaking to existing and new customers
• Provide a high level of service to customers, by having great product knowledge to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
  
• Building a rap-pour with customers
  
• Process orders and quotes received by email and quotes
  
• Assist with the ongoing improvement of the sale processes, bringing in fresh ideas to enhance sales
  
• Liaising with suppliers, to ensure equipment is delivered on time to customers
  
• Efficient communication with their Areas Sales Representative regarding quotes, market trends ad customer updates.
  

Essential Criteria: 

• Previous experience of working within a telesales/ account management role.
  
• Knowledge of the products and trades they serve
  
• Experience of H&S/ PPE sales would be advantageous
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• A team player and able to sustain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  
• Ability to up sell products and services
  
• A full, clean driving license
