Trade Counter Support/ Warehouse Operative

EXETER (DEVON) AREA

Description:

My client is an industrial supplier that sells consumables to Engineering, Welding and Construction Trades, they have a
high reputation of their service and their product knowledge. The successful candidate will be flexible and will work between the
Trade Counter and Warehouse. You must have your forklift license (Reach) and experience in a customer facing role, as well as an interest
in the products they sells and a passion for great customer service.

Warehouse Operative:

• Unloading of good that are received
  
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders
  
• Ensure Stock levels are replenished
  
• Follow Heath and Safety Procedures at all times
  

Trade Counter Support:

• Serving customers
  
• Operating the till and database system as well as processing card payments
  
• Dealing with telephone orders
  
• Engaging with any marketing ideas to contribute to maximise product sales.
  
• Delivering a high quality service to customers

Essential Criteria:

• A forklift license (reach) 
  
• Previous warehouse Experience
  
• Personal approach to customers
  
• Excellent communication skills
