My client has secured new contracts in the Plymouth area. They are now on the hunt for a surveyor/Contracts Manager to oversee these projects.

Your core area to begin with will be Plymouth, but this will span out into Cornwall as the contracts gets into full swing.

Attributes we are looking for include: -

You will have strong leadership qualities
Be able to understand and produce monthly P&L figures
Have the ability to price & measure works
Be able to Issue targets to operatives
Manage your contracts manager & supervisors
Take overall responsibility for the branch
Have excellent knowledge and understanding of health and Safety
And, be responsible for growing the business in line with senior management

Duration: Permanent 

Salary: From £40,000 - £60,000
