Team Leader Groundworkers

Description:

Our client is looking for quality. Due to an expansion we are recruiting for a new team to join them.

You will be part of a 4 man team so being able to interact with your colleagues is of utmost importance.

Ground working skills are essential to this role, along with desirable experience in the artificial grass fitting, but this is not essential as full training will be given.

This position after a trial period of 6 weeks will become permanent which will come with all the benefits you would enjoy from a valued employer.

Attributes we are looking for include: -

Be able to hit the ground running - you will be working with a knowledgeable team

Be able to show that you can be a good all rounder

Proven ability as a ground worker

CSCS card 

Excellent time keeping and attendance

Ability to work as a team

Good communication skills both within the team and with the end user the customer

Safe Practice appreciation

Full driving licence 

CSCS card

Previous experience of artificial grass/carpet fitting, turfing or ground work would be an advantage

After your qualifying period you will enjoy holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays pension and a great salary of £10 per hour.

Your working week will be 42.50 hours. With the added bonus of being paid should you not work.
