Description:

Our client is a well-established leading company in Roofing renovation and are looking for an experienced Contracts manager.
The successful candidate will be required to oversee both industrial and commercial contracts from inception to completion and will thrive off working to deadlines for this expanding company.

The successful candidate will be: -

Required to have an extensive knowledge of roofing, sheeting and cladding disciplines and a hands-on approach
Overseeing and managing contracts ranging from £500 - £500000
Ensuring all projects remain within budget
Ensuring all projects comply to company standards
Overseeing all works and run a clean and safe working environment
Constantly communicating with management and other relevant departments
Preparing Risk assessments/COSHH assessments/CDM documentation
Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are met
Taking off drawings and measurements and assisting with surveys when required
Attending meetings whilst building client relationships
Sourcing plant materials

Your attributes will be: -

Excellent communication skills
Full clean UK driving licence
NEBOSH Qualified – desirable
Friendly and professional demeanour



In return you will receive: -

A fantastic salary of between £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience
Company pension Scheme
20 days holidays plus your usual 8 days bank holidays

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £35000 to £40000 per Annum
