Our client bases in the South Hams, are a leading supplier of quality brand fires, stoves and flu systems, suppling private and commercial clients. They require a passionate, upbeat and professional individual to join their team as a Sales Estimator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family feel team with potential for the right candidate to develop within the company and progress to a managerial role.
Duties and responsibilities:
You will have an in-depth knowledge of the company’s full product range to ensure you can provide professional guidance and advise to customers.

You will have a proactive approach to sales, use initiative to generate new leads and be actively involved with exhibition and shows where required.

You will ensure that all sales enquiries are dealt with efficiently, within a timely manner and to company standard.

You will advise and estimate for the installation of the company’s products and will be the clients point of contact from initial appointment to completion of the job.

You will work closely to the installation team to oversee each install to ensure the project runs professionally and profitably

You will build strong relationships with builders, architects and interior designers enhancing the company’s ethos and values.

Essential skill requirements

You will have proven sales experience within the stove or building industry, alternatively you might be working as a HETAS stove fitter or have gas safe qualifications and looking for a new opportunity in a sales role.

You will have excellent communication and customer service skills

You will thrive off proactively looking for new sales opportunities to benefit the growth of the business

You will have good IT Skills

You will have initiative to work independently but enjoy being part of a team

You will have good time keeping skills and attention to detail

You will have a full clean driving licence

This is full time position with the view to work occasional Saturdays for someone with a ‘can do attitude’ who is seeking a role involving all aspects of the business, further training and career progression with a salary of £28,000 (DOE)
