Office Manager



My client an expanding property client is looking to add an additional member of staff to their fantastic team.

You will already be in a similar position and have some managerial experience.

Your daily/weekly tasks will include (but not inclusive of) :-

Managing a team of consultants
Make sure office targets are met and achieved
Health & Safety - ensure all policies are upheld and up to date
Ensure all office space is kept clean and tidy
Act as the point of contact for all administrative systems

What we are looking for to fulfil this role:-

Proven experience in a managerial role
High attention to detail
Have a strong work ethic
Possess strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to work through challenges and find solutions.
