My client, a multi company organisation is looking to develop their portfolio. They are on the hunt for a Group Sales & Group Business Development Manager.
This position is full of surprises which will lead to you growing with the company. Taking them to new horizons and experiences.
This role will involve providing leadership to a team, developing and executing the strategic and short-term sales plans for 2 businesses.
You will report directly to the Managing Director focusing your meetings on polices and forward planning for both businesses.
You will be multi skilled in your approach and be able to multi task and adapt to each situation on a daily basis.
You will be required to cover the South West – so time management is a key element to the working week.
There will be strong focus on business development, sales & business sales strategy, sustainable growth, client relationships and sales team development and ongoing management.
Specifically, the Head of Sales & Business Development will be responsible for the following: -

In summary, the Head of Sales & Business Development must be a proven leader who can set direction and deliver within challenging market conditions.
The successful candidate will have a reputation for integrity, maturity, and sound business judgment; be totally comfortable working in a team environment; and possess the creativity, leadership skills, and commitment to successfully leading sales & business development within the Group.
You will bring a track record in leading successful change, business growth and profit maximisation, robust sales, business development and commercial acumen supported by a degree equivalent business/construction qualification and strong general management capabilities.
A high degree of excellence and integrity with a zest for sales success with a disciplined approach to similar high standards in both administration & client/customer service as our brand has been built and developed by this methodical approach.

Salary: From £28000 to £36000 per Annum
