My client a stunning Country House Hotel in the heart of England is looking for a key member of their Chef brigade.

They are a 4 Red Star Hotel with a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant.

Attributes we are looking for in this important role: -

• You will already be in a similar position as a Sous Chef - who is looking for their next step up in this exciting specialism
• You will already be working in a large kitchen team and be able to show a "Stable" CV with all the relevant experiences
• You will oversee the Junior Sous Chef and also, have the ability to organise and train junior members of the team
• You will also be running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
• Experience of working to a high standard is utmost important, and ideally within a 2 AA Rosette establishment
• We are ideally looking for a Chef who has had experience of "managing" a large team of up to 12 Chefs
• As Senior Sous Chef you must to be passionate, committed, focused and able to work under pressure on all sections.

You will need all of the below to be a success: -

• Excellent command of English
  
• Proven success in similar calibre restaurants
  
• The ability to work alone and part of a team under guidance from the Head Chef.
  
• Ideally have Restaurant and Banqueting experience.
• An excellent salary and benefits package is awaiting the successful candidate including company benefit scheme, pension and meals on duty.

Duration: Permanent 

Salary: £28,000 plus benefits
