Description:

My client a stunning Country House Hotel in the heart of England is looking for a key member of their Chef brigade.

They are a 4 Red Star Hotel with a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant

They are currently seeking a passionate Chef de Partie Pastry to join their established team.

Attributes we are looking for include: - 

• You will already be operating as a Pastry Chef and would work in a large kitchen team and looking to advance your career to join this amazing 2 AA Rosette establishment.
• And, be able to show a stable CV with relevant experience.
• You should be passionate, committed, focused and able to work under pressure on all sections.

You will need: -

• Excellent command of English
• Proven success in similar calibre restaurants
• The ability to work alone and part of a team under guidance from the Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef.
• An excellent salary and benefits package is awaiting the successful candidate including company benefit scheme, pension and meals on duty

Duration: Permanent 

Salary: £20,500 plus benefits
