Service Support Assistant

Due to an internal promotion within the company, our client, a leading supplier of Plant and Machinery is looking to recruit a Service Support Assistant to join there expanding team in the Bridgwater area.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, experience within the plant industry would be a distinct advantage.

As well as carrying out day to day administrative duties your key responsibilities will include (but are not inclusive of):
You will report to the Service Supervisor and Service manager, you will be answering the phones, efficiently and to the company standards set ensuring you meet and exceed customers’ expectations
You will prepare invoices for the sales department and external customers
You will process warranty claims on the OEM manufacture system.
You will follow up jobs internally and externally to maximise the uptime of equipment and insure all jobs are invoiced/claimed in a timely manner.

Requirements:
You will have good attention and work accurately and efficiently
You will have good time management
You will have a good working knowledge of IT systems
You will be professional and have a friendly telephone manner

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 (DOE), company pension and private healthcare.
