Description:

My client a renowned property construction company are recruiting for a Book Keeper for their offices on the outskirts of Newton Abbot.

Due to expansion and new orders this role is a permanent one.

You will be experienced in this field and be able to

Manage the purchase ledger ensuring purchase invoices are coded
Ensure payments are raised accordingly with the clients terms
Deal with all sales ledger queries
Process payroll when required
Control all cash administration and reconciliation
To deal with phone calls in a professional manner
Maintain an orderly filing system

This is a Monday to Friday position working between 08.00 - 18.00, holiday allowance of 20 days plus bank holidays.
