Our client, a well known utilities company, is looking to expand their operations in the Swindon area. We are recruiting on their behalf for a Business Development Manager for their operation.

You will be covering the Swindon area. Visiting old, existing and new clients promoting the companies construction services.

Emphasis is expected on New Sales and customer retention.

Attributes we are looking for to fulfil this role include: -

A forward-thinking attitude to producing new business
Be able to meet the clients pre-agreed sales targets
Be able to maintain records on the companies database
Be able to up-sell any opportunities that arise
Be able to follow up on sales leads

This is a new position within the company and has arisen due to expansion.

You will already be in a service related construction industry environment and can demonstrate this at application level.

Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 per Annum
