My client a leading home improvement family run business is expanding.

They are looking to recruit a key member of management to support their growing company.

They are looking for a talented Project & Operations Manager to work with them on existing and exciting new projects

This role is a multi – role position and requires a hands-on approach and attitude.

This position has been possible due to growth within the company, so this opportunity will not be there for long, this is an exciting time for my client, and we would love you to be part of the exciting times to come.

Your daily/weekly duties will include (but certainly not inclusive of): -

• You must be able to run 5 – 8 teams daily, completing 10 – 15 projects a week
• Be able to meet strict deadlines and processes
• Create daily and weekly programmes
• Have regular client/customer liaison
• Be proactive and professional and able to deal with people at all levels.
• Project management experience (desirable)
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Exceptional time management skills.

Salary £28,000 (With a bonus scheme of between £5,000 - £8,000)

Duration: Permanent 

Salary: From £28000 to £36000 per Annum
