Description:
My client a renowned and established manufacturing business in Plymouth they are looking to add to their already fantastic team. They are looking for a Despatch Coordinator for their Customs & excise team.
Your daily/weekly duties will include: -
Preparing and arranging the shipment of good to include provision of the relevant documentation in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Ensure that that the Despatch team is compliant with HMRC instructions , export cargo shipping notes and Certificate Of Origin (COO) filing and compliance.
You will prepare documentation and invoices using SAP working within existing procedures and guidelines.
The successful candidate should be a competent SAP user with working knowledge of shipping best practice and latest HMRC and external customs regulations.
This is a permanent position on the day shift.

Salary: Up to £19,000 PA
