We are looking for someone who is good at finding things!

You will be a go-getter, who will not leave until the job is done....

No, it's not sales, its resourcing.

Attributes we are looking for include: -

• A good analytical approach to your working week
  
• Be able to read and digest job descriptions
  
• And, be able to "match" potential employees with this
  
• You will be calling potential employees - speaking about positions you have available, telling them of the benefits on offer
  
• You will be making sure that all information is loaded onto an in-house CRM system
  
• You will be able to work on your own initiative
  
• And, be able to report your findings on a regular (daily) basis to the team and your line manager
