Working Foreman

Description:

My client a well established and family run builders is looking for a Working Site Foreman for their bespoke site in the South Hams.
You will be overseeing the labour on the site making sure all is working to time
You will have a background in Carpentry and be used to a "hands on" operation

Attributes and skills we are looking for include: -

A Carpentry background 3 years (Preferred)
A hands on approach
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Decision-making ability
Commercial awareness
Ability to motivate others
Team working skills
Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
An understanding of health and safety and first aid.
SMSTS or SSSTS

The assignment will be for 8 months commencing in August 2019.

Salary: From £18 to £20 per Hour
