Description:

Our client is looking to recruit an H R Business Partner for their offices in Exeter.
This position is part time working 27 hours per week, you will be covering Maternity leave until September 2020,

You will be working in a small team of HR Professionals offering advice to internal clients.

You will need to have a professional qualification of CIPD Level 7.

Some of your duties will include: -

Producing HR Policies
Understanding Employment Legislation
Support, guide and coach Managers, as well as team members
Also, work with said Managers to encourage them to have clear discussions with their staff about development
Develop the recruitment plan in line with the business strategy to develop staff at all levels
Lead on consultations and nurture constructive relationships with trade unions and employee forums
This list is not exhaustive and includes much more, if you are an HR Professional you will be aware of the tasks you will need to complete.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 27 per week
Salary is paid hourly £18.00 - £19.00 per hour
This is paid weekly on a PAYE basis.
