A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful Construction Division, Harbron Recruit, taking advantage of the unrivalled earning potential and career opportunities on offer.

Duties
• Selling the service of Harbron Recruit specialising in the placement of temporary staff into the construction sector
• Attracting, interviewing and placing of candidates
• Taking detailed job specifications
• Working to targets
• Developing long term client relationships

Candidate
• 1 – 2 years recruitment experience
• Proactive “can do “attitude
• Flexible team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Target orientated

Based: Newton Abbot
Hours of work: 42.5 hrs Monday to Friday
Benefits: Excellent basic plus unrivalled commission structure
