Description:

My client based in the beautiful South Hams is an established company. They are a growing business, specialising in measured surveys of both buildings and land.
They specialise in high quality drawings, with a high level of detail. Their clients include The National Trust and the English Heritage. They also prepare drawings for high level projects to existing buildings as well as topographical site surveys for new projects.

The ideal applicant should have: - 

Good CAD skills and knowledge of Vectorworks preferred.
Experience in using a Total Station / 3D Scanner and hand measuring.
An interest and understanding in building and topographical surveys.
Enjoy a mixture of office-based work and working out of doors at numerous locations throughout the South West.
Applicants must have a clean driving licence.
The successful candidate will be expected to cover all of the above skills by receiving in-house training to achieve the high standards that we work towards.
This position is challenging and rewarding. And, the company is going places! Branching out to 3D Scanning and Drone surveys, the future is exciting!
