Our client a well established joinery manufacturer and building contractor in the South West, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their expanding team and aid in the daily running office tasks.
Duties
Bookkeeping
Order processing
Following up quotes / invoices
Answering the phone
Booking in jobs / managing diary’s
Liaising with suppliers
Speaking to customers
Marketing ( keeping social media and website up to date )
General office duties
Person
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
A strong knowledge of Microsoft and Excel software
An understanding of Sage / Xero would be beneficial
Previous experience within the Construction Administration would be an advantage
Excellent phone manner
Experience dealing with customers and clients
