Senior Quantity Surveyor – Building & Construction – Jersey, Channel Islands.

This established construction and leading housing developer are looking for an additional experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in their Jersey office on the Channel Islands. My client has a renowned reputation for the unique design and build quality of high-end quality houses and commercial buildings and currently have secured projects into 2019 with other tenders under consideration.

Previous experience managing site development and the attainment of targets by conducting commercial cost appraisals and viability/feasibility analysis is required as well as managing sub-contractors, materials and goods, preparing and monitoring site costs, budget control and site health and safety implementation. Mentoring of their junior staff is also a requisite.

My client requires an ambitious professional who has experience of working within a housing developer, as well as being qualified to HNC level or higher with at least three years in a Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role.
